TIPS is a U.S. company incorporated in the State of New Jersey. Between 1995 and 2000 the Company’s core strategy was to acquire and develop internet start-up businesses.
One such business was A-Web Internet Services (aweb.com), established in 1995, which was an Internet service provider in the City of New York. A-Web provided a wide range of Internet access and services for its on-line consumers. Another such business was AAAMall.net (aaamall.net), which was an electronic commerce outsourcing and direct marketing company dedicated to making e-Commerce a reality for all businesses.
On July 20 1999, the Company acquired ChinaMalls, Inc. (chinamalls.com), which was an e-Commerce business dedicated to helping merchants, resellers, shoppers, and partners of the global Chinese market sell and buy products online. The business offered complete bilingual turnkey solutions for commerce enabled storefronts through its merchant, reseller, affiliate, consultant and partner programs. ChinaMalls provided thousands of products, including VCDs, CDs, books, electronics, jewellery, health products, art, home and garden.
On October 25 1999, Tianrong Internet Products and Services, Inc, acquired Chongqing Word Technology Co., Ltd., a mainland China based Internet service provider and e-commerce developer.
On January 19, 2000, Tianrong Internet Products and Services, Inc. announced its plans to launch a new Internet Telephony company, Phonecalls.com.
Due to the collapse of the dot.com sector in 2000/01, TIPS decided to dedicate all its resources to its most viable asset, Phonecalls.com. Following the collapse of the market, all of the Company’s other assets became commercially unviable and operations were discontinued.
Since 2000, TIPS has been developing and marketing Phonecalls.com for commercial exploitation.
TIPS is a development stage company. The primary focus of the Company has been to develop its website (phonecalls.com) which is described further under ‘Our Brands’ and to gain traction from its marketing campaigns.
